General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between soundgarden.ch – an affiliated company of Soundgarden Gartmann Ltd – and the costumer (hereinafter called “costumer”). The general terms and conditions are part of every contract of sale between soundgarden.ch and the customer.

Orders

Orders may be placed in the eShop and are binding. An order submitted by the customer by default or not wanted can be cancelled within 15 minutes by email or the contact form.

Prices and conditions

Prices published by Soundgarden.ch are subject to change. For errors in prices we do not overtake the responsibility. All prices are in Swiss francs. Individual products can be supplied only as long as stocks last.

Delivery and terms of payment

The actual terms of soundgarden.ch are found under Delivery and terms of payment. As an exceptional service for an eShop soundgarden.ch offers the possibility to take delivery at the Soundgarden shop.

Technical dates and change of products

Technical changes of the producer or errors in description, pictures and prices are reserved. Rarely the delivered accessory can vary.

Warranty for faults of the goods

Soundgarden Gartmann Ltd guarantees a warranty period of one year for the accepted usage, commencing on the date of purchase. The customer is obliged to notify any defects without delay to Soundgarden Gartmann Ltd and to follow their instruction. This warranty shall expire in event of any repairs or any other intervention being attempted on the appliance other than those carried out by Soundgarden personnel or with the consent of Soundgarden Ltd. Soundgarden Ltd may replace the appliance with another value or rectify the fault. Cancellation of contract, reduction, withdrawal and any other damage claim of the customer are excluded. In the event that any fault can not be rectified, whether by repair or replacement, the customer shall have the exclusive right to demand the refund of the purchase price against return of the appliance or to hold the appliance for a reduced price. Damages attributable to natural wear and tear, improper treatment, inadequate maintenance or want of care are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not extend to any fault which is due to damage in transport.

Applicable law and place of Jurisdiction

The contract is governed by the laws of Switzerland. The place of Jurisdiction is Lenzburg.
